Glazed Pecans

Yields 1 cup

Per 1⁄4 cup

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1⁄8 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup pecans

Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add the brown sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon. Add the pecans, stirring to coat in the mixture.
Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar.
Pour the pecan mixture onto a greased baking sheet and cool. Separate the mixture and store in an airtight container or plastic bag. (They will last for about 1 week.)
