• 1 14-ounce / 400g can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 8-ounce / 225g can corn, drained
• 1/2 cup / 75g sliced black olives
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and paprika until well combined. Set the dressing aside.
