FAQ

Q: How can I make this white bean dip vegan
A: To make this dip completely vegan, simply substitute the 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt with a dairy-free plain yogurt. For a richer texture, you can also use 2 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil instead of yogurt.

Q: Is this spicy bean dip a good source of vegetarian protein
A: Yes, this dip is an excellent source of plant-based protein. Each 1/3 cup serving provides 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber from the white navy beans, making it a nutritious and filling vegetarian snack.

Q: What other beans can I use for this vegetarian dip
A: While navy beans create a super creamy texture, you can easily substitute them with other white beans like cannellini or Great Northern beans. Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) would also work well for a more hummus-like consistency.

Q: How long does this vegetarian dip last in the fridge
A: You can prepare this dip ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors will meld and become even more delicious overnight, making it perfect for meal prep.
