2 eggs, any size
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water to at least 1โ2 inch above the eggs. Cover the pan with the lid and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
As soon as the water is boiling, remove from heat. Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 17โ20 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the saucepan and place in a bowl filled with cold water for at least 2 minutes, or until cool enough to handle. Peel off the shells. The eggs will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

Farm fresh eggs are most nutritious due to their freshness and supply more vitamin A, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids compared to industrial eggs. If you canโt find farm fresh eggs near you, you can still buy cage-free eggs in the supermarket.
