Quinoa and Chutney Salad

1 cup quinoa, boiled for 15 minutes, drained

1 cup store-bought tomato chutney

1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Combine the cooked quinoa and tomato chutney. Season to taste. Dress with olive oil, and serve with extra olive oil at the table.
