11⁄2 cups cooked millet
1⁄2 cup tahini
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon parsley
3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄3 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mashing to mix well.
Use your hands to press firmly into patties, about 1 inch thick, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes on each side. Then, serve with your favorite side of vegetables for a complete meal.
