    Cream cheese and radish sandwiches

    • cream cheese
    • slender sourdough bread
    • radishes
    • salt to taste

    1. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on thin slices cut from a sourdough baguette.
    2. Wash and trim some radishes, and slice them about ⅛ inch thick.
    3. Arrange the radish slices over the cream cheese in rows, overlapping them so that at least 10 to 12 slices fit on each sandwich.
    4. Salt the radishes lightly.
