    Tortellini Alfredo with Roasted Peppers

    START TO FINISH: 20 minutes MAKES 2 or 3 servings

    1 9-ounce package refrigerated cheese tortellini

    1⁄2 cup roasted red sweet peppers, drained and cut into 1⁄2 -inch strips

    1⁄3 cup refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce

    1⁄2 cup shredded fresh basil

    Coarse ground black pepper

    1 Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Return tortellini to hot pan. Stir in roasted peppers and Alfredo sauce. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until heated through.

    2 Stir half of the basil into tortellini mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining basil and black pepper.
