1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh blackberries
2⁄3 cup blueberry fat-free yogurt
1⁄2 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh blueberries and/or blackberries (optional)
1 In a blender combine 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup blackberries, yogurt, pomegranate juice, and honey. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. If desired, press mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove blackberry seeds.
2 Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with additional blueberries and/or blackberries.
