Peanut Butter–Berry Smoothies
START TO FINISH: 10 minutes MAKES 4 (about 8-ounce) servings
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
2 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Halved fresh strawberries (optional)
1 In a blender combine yogurt, 2 cups strawberries, bananas, honey, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with additional fresh strawberries threaded onto skewers.

Substitute soy yogurt for the dairy yogurt.
Skip the fruit juices and opt for the whole fruit instead. You’ll get more fiber and a lot less sugar.
