Berry-Peach Breakfast Smoothies
START TO FINISH: 10 minutes MAKES 2 (about 3⁄4 -cup) servings
1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices*
2⁄3 cup plain soy yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
1⁄3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 In a blender combine peach slices, yogurt, berries, orange juice, and sugar. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
