Peppercorn Dip

    This is a simple but snappy dip that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes. I predict you’re going to love this. I like grinding a medley of different peppercorns for this recipe. Look in the spice aisle of your grocery store for a combination of black, pink, white, and green peppercorns.

    2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    ½ cup butter, softened
    1 (1-ounce) package ranch dip mix
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Freshly ground pepper
    Pretzels, pretzel chips, and/or crackers, for dipping

    Using a standing mixer with a paddle attachment, blend the cream cheese, butter, dip mix, and Parmesan cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Spread in a shallow serving dish and cover generously with pepper. Serve at room temperature with pretzels or crackers.
