1 pound spaghettini
1 tablespoon butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the salt and cook the spaghettini until al dente.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter with the olive oil in a medium skillet; then add the garlic and chili pepper, and cook gently until the garlic is lightly golden, about 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
- Drain the pasta well, return to the pot or a warm serving bowl, pour on the sauce, and toss well. Add the parsley, toss again, and serve immediately.
