    2 tablespoons vegan margarine

    2 cups rice, cooked

    11⁄2 tablespoons lime juice

    1⁄3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    1 16-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained

    Dash sea salt

    Stir vegan margarine into hot rice until melted and combined. Add remaining ingredients, tossing gently to combine. Taste, and add a dash of salt, to taste.
