Smoky Spiced Collard Greens with Turnip

1 bunch collard greens
1 medium white turnip, peeled and diced into 1⁄4-inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 chipotle chili, dried, cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable stock
Wash greens and remove the stems. Cut leaves into long thin strips (julienne).
In a heavy-bottomed pot, sauté the turnip, onion, and chili in olive oil until the onion is translucent. Add the greens and salt, and sauté a few minutes more, until greens are wilted.
Add stock or water, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes, or until greens are very tender and turnips are soft.
