    No-Bake Cocoa Balls

    1 cup chopped pitted dates

    1 cup cashews

    1⁄4 cup cocoa powder

    1 tablespoon peanut butter

    1⁄4 cup coconut flakes

    Cover dates in water and soak for about 10 minutes until softened. Drain.
    Process dates, cashews, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a food processor until combined and sticky. Add coconut flakes and process until coarse.
    Shape into balls and chill. If mixture is too wet, add more nuts and coconut, or add just a touch of water if the mixture is dry and crumbly.
