    1⁄3 cup vegan margarine, softened

    1⁄2 cup maple syrup

    1⁄3 cup molasses

    1⁄4 cup soy milk

    21⁄4 cups flour

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda

    1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

    1⁄2 teaspoon ginger

    1⁄4 teaspoon allspice

    1⁄2 teaspoon salt

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the vegan margarine, maple syrup, molasses, and soy milk. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and salt.
    Mix the flour and spices in with the wet ingredients until combined. Chill for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 375°F.
    Roll dough into 11⁄2-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly, then bake 10–12 minutes, or until done.
