    1 block firm tofu

    1 block silken tofu

    1⁄2 cup vegan mayonnaise

    1⁄3 cup sweet pickle relish

    3⁄4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

    1⁄2 stalk celery, diced

    2 tablespoons minced onion

    11⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

    2 tablespoons chopped chives

    1 teaspoon paprika

    In a medium-sized bowl, use a fork to mash the tofu together with the rest of the ingredients, except the paprika.
    Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to mingle. Garnish with paprika just before serving.
