    1 celery stalk

    1 cup chopped apple (about 1 small apple)

    1⁄3 cup walnut pieces

    2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt

    Wash the celery and cut on the diagonal into 1-inch pieces. In a small bowl, combine the celery with the chopped apple and walnut pieces. Toss with the yogurt. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
