Ingredients
• 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 1⁄2 cup powdered skim milk
• 2 tablespoons flax seed powder
• 2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored soy protein powder
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup chilled crushed pineapple
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée. Serve cold.
