If you’re constantly crunched for time in the morning, this is the smoothie for you. Simply pack the frozen fruit into individual servings in resealable plastic bags, pull one out of the freezer in the morning, blend the contents with the other ingredients, and you’re ready for the day.

YIELD: SERVES 1

½ cup orange juice
½ cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
½ frozen banana
6 frozen straw-berries, hulled
2 peeled, frozen peach quarters
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
3 Tbs. soy protein powder or hemp protein powder
3 ice cubes
1 tsp. honey, optional
Put all ingredients in blender, and purée until smooth.
