The vibrant colors of spinach and mango combine in this dazzling sesame-dressed salad that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon tamari

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach

1 ripe mango, halved, pitted, and cut into

½-inch dice

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Place the tahini in a bowl. Whisk in the canola oil and sesame oil until smooth. Whisk in the lemon juice and tamari. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Tear the spinach into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Add the mango and the dressing. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
