Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Yields 1 cup
2 cups hazelnuts, chopped
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Add hazelnuts, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla to food processor, and process to combine.
Add oil, just a little bit at a time, until mixture is soft and creamy and desired consistency is reached. You may need to add a bit more or less than the 4 tablespoons.
