Simple Vegetarian Stir-Fry
Per 1 recipe
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 cup frozen stir-fry vegetable mix
2 tablespoons prepared stir-fry sauce (low sodium)
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Add the frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring continually, over medium to medium-high heat for at least 5 minutes or until the vegetables are brightly colored and tender. Stir in the stir-fry sauce. Mix through and serve hot.
