Per 1⁄2 pizza
3 tablespoons jarred basil and tomato pesto sauce
1 pita pocket
1⁄3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and slice.
Spread the pesto sauce on the pita pocket. Lay the mushroom slices on the sauce. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Place the pita pocket on a microwave-safe plate or a paper towel. Microwave on high heat for 3–5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
