Microwave Green Beans
Per 2 ounces
31⁄2 ounces fresh green beans
1⁄3 cup vegetable stock
Rinse the green beans under cold, running water. Drain and pat dry.
Place the green beans in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with the vegetable broth.
Cook on high heat for 11⁄2–2 minutes, or until they are crisp and bright green. Serve with butter, margarine, or soy sauce if desired.
