Cinnamon Toast with Ricotta and Raisin Spread
Per 1 slice
1⁄8 teaspoon (or to taste) ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons orange marmalade
3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
2 teaspoons (or to taste) raisins
1 slice bread
Preheat oven to 180°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mash the ground cinnamon and marmalade into the ricotta cheese. Stir in the raisins. When thoroughly mixed, spread over the bread.
Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Increase temperature to 200°F and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
