Chocolate Peanut Butter Breakfast Quinoa
Per 1 cup
1⁄2 cup quinoa
11⁄2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
11⁄2 tablespoons cocoa
11⁄2 tablespoons brown-rice syrup
Combine the quinoa and almond milk over medium-low heat. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until quinoa is done, stirring frequently.
While still hot, stir in peanut butter, cocoa, and brown rice syrup.
