Endive Spears with Herb Cheese
Per 2 spears
12 Belgian endive spears
6 ounces flavored Boursin cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Fan the endive spears on a serving platter. Spread about 1 teaspoon (1⁄2 ounce) of the Boursin cheese at the base of each spear. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
