2 cups (11⁄2 cans) chickpeas, cooked

1⁄2 cup water

1 6-ounce can tomato paste

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder

1⁄2 teaspoon cumin

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

4 flour tortillas

Combine chickpeas, water, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin in a large skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer another 1–2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Uncover and use a fork or potato masher to mash the chickpeas until half mashed. Stir in fresh cilantro. Spoon mixture into flour tortillas, add toppings, and wrap.
