1⁄2 cup tahini

1⁄3 cup water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 clove garlic

2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

3 scallions, chopped

3⁄4 cup snow peas, chopped

1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
Whisk or blend together the tahini, water, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
