Breadsticks with Cheese
Per 1⁄2 of recipe
4 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
12 whole-grain pretzel sticks
Chop the tomato finely. Mix together the cheese, chopped tomato, milk, and parsley flakes to make a dip for the breadsticks. Serve as is, or purée the cheese in the blender for a smoother dip.
